If you want to develop your trade business and import products from China, here are 3 things you must inform the sourcing agent for better communication.

Product Specification

The first and most important thing that the sourcing agent or your buying agent needs to know is what product category you are looking for. If it is possible, more specific details are always preferred. We list some details below as example:

1.Product name: kitchenware in general, or you can list out the items like glass cups, bowls, plates and etc. *If you just list out the product category, we will make the quotation offer based on the products we have and might not include everything you want. But you can add on to the list later.

2.Product number: For import goods come with wholesale price, there is minimum order quantity (MOQ) request for most of the products. For instance, the fashion accessories like necklaces can only obtain the wholesale price by at least one hundred pieces (in different designs). You can give us an estimated amount first and change the final number after you received the quotation offer.

3.Product budget: We do have a wide range of products are available with different quality and price, so please inform Juntu your buying agent about your budget for better product sourcing. We will find the suppliers that fit you the most.

4.Customization product: special requests like customized logo print, package or design can all be provided, but please keep in mind that custom products require higher minimum purchase amount than the finished wholesale products.

International Freight

Customs Declaration and Clearance

Customs declaration and clearance fees are not included in the buying agent service, for they occur extra chargers. Juntu as the buying agent will take care of the declaration procedure, but the extra charge will be listed out on the invoice separately. For the clearance, if you do have the partnered clearance company, please let us know, and we will hand over all documents. If you does not have the clearance company yet who can pick up the order from the port for you, Juntu will search one local clearance company for you with no extra fee.
